Harald, I would like to do the second leg that includes the longest leg, unless of course you want someone else to do the down hill sections. The leg from 9 mile bridge is fairly hard as well, so if you want, I can do that leg instead. I will be running at my usual sub six minute pace, so if that gives you some feedback, I hope to help in any way I can,
